Es un lugar lujoso con asientos tipo "lounge". Domingo es la noche latina con el DJ que toca salsa además de merengue, bachata y hasta reggaetón. Este lugar es mayormente para turistas y aquellas personas que están cenando ya que los salseros serios van a Xperience. Hay una clase para principiantes a las 9:30 p.m. antes de que comienza el baile social. No cobran en la puerta. This is a plush venue with lounge seating. Sunday is Latin night, with the DJ playing salsa but also merengue, bachata and even reggaeton. However, this venue is mostly for tourists as well as those who are dining as serious salseros will go mostly to Xperience. There is a beginner/Improver salsa lesson at 9.30 p.m. before the dancing begins. Entrance is free.

Los miércoles tiene una noche latina. No es sólo de salsa ya que tocan merengue, bachata y reggaetón también, aunque mayormente después de la medianoche cuando se están yendo los salseros. Hay percusionistas en vivo quienes acompañan a la música. Como está ubicado en Lan Kwai Fong, el área nocturno de mayor fama, muchos que no bailan asisten este lugar solo para tomar y mirar, que puede ser problemático para algunos salseros serios ya que la pista de baile es bastante pequeña. Pero para aquellos que disfrutan del ambiente, este es un buen lugar. No cobran en la puerta. On Wednesdays, it hosts a Latin night. It is a latin night as opposed to salsa because not only salsa is played but also merengue, bachata and reggaeton (although mostly at midnight when the salsa crowd is leaving). There are live percussionists accompanying the music. Because of it's location in Lan Kwai Fong, Hong Kong's most famous bar and club area, many non-dancers show up at the venue as well to dance or just to drink and watch, which may pose as a problem for some serious salsa dancers as the dancefloor space is very small. But for those who enjoy ambience, this is the place to be. Free Entrance.
Veto Club & Bar 3er piso, Hilltop Plaza, 49-51 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong +852 2201 4585 Sábados 9.30 p.m. a 2 a.m. Este es un bar con una área con balcón y sillas y mesas con una vista de uno de los edificios más altos de Hong Kong, el IFC en el lado izquierdo. Es un buen lugar para tomarse un trago con tu pareja o amigos, adentro o afuera en el balcón. Es uno de los lugares más nuevos para los salseros y aunque la pista no sea muy grande, es el lugar para aquellos salseros buscando Timba cubana. El mismo DJ que toca en Xperience los domingos también toca aquí. HKD150 para entrar incluye 2 tragos. It is a great place for a relaxing drink with your partner or friends inside or out on the balcony. This is one of the newest venues for salsa and although the dance area is not too big, it is the salsa venue for those looking for Cuban Timba music. The same DJ who spins at Xperience, the Sunday venue also spins here. HKD150 entry fee includes 2 standard drinks. Beginner and Intermediate salsa lessons 9.30 - 10.15 p.m.

Club Volar es uno de los clubs más de moda, ubicado en el corazón del área Lan Kwai Fong, el distrito nocturno más famoso. Las noches regulares tiene Hip Hop y R&B con DJs invitados del mundo entero. Los martes tiene salsa además de reggaetón en dos cuartos separados. La salsa es sólo en 1 y en 2. No tocan salsa cubana pero de repente se escucha unas bachatas o cha-cha-chás. Los bailadores suelen ser de mayor nivel. Cobran HKD100 e incluye un trago estándar y clases de baile de las 8:30 hasta las 9 p.m.	Club Volar Basement, 38-44 D'Aguilar Street, Central, Hong Kong +852 2810 1272 Tuesdays, 8.30 p.m. to 1 a.m. Club Volar is one of Hong Kong’s most ‘hip’ of clubs, located in the heart of the Lan Kwai Fong area, which is Hong Kong’s most famous bar and club district. On regular nights, it is home to Hip Hop and R&B music with guest DJs from all over the world. On Tuesdays, however, it hosts salsa music as well as Reggaeton in 2 separate party rooms. The salsa played is purely for On-1 and On-2 dancers. No Cuban music is played here, but a few bachatas and occasional cha chas will be. Dancers tend to be also more seasoned ones with higher skills. Entrance fee is HKD100, which includes 1 standard drink and Dance classes from 8.30-9 p.m.
Club Dancing Jupiter Primer Piso 18 Terraza Jupiter North Point, Hong Kong +852 2169 3999 Viernes 8:00 p.m. a la medianoche. Dancing Jupiter es más un estudio de baile que un Club. Hoy en día califica, junto con Club 97 como el Club que ha tocado salsa regularmente en su repertorio por más tiempo en Hong Kong. Como también es estudio de baile éste es la mejor pista durante las noches de salsa ya que esta acondicionado para bailarines y créanme, éso hace una gran diferencia. La pista de baile es espaciosa por lo que se justifica un poco la falta de ambiente de club. Muchos principiantes han comenzado aquí y se ha vuelto algo así como la meca de la salsa para los bailarines. Seguro los Lunes no encontrarás muchos bailarines profesionales con excepción de los instructores pero muchos principiantes se sienten a gusto aquí. Hay una lección de salsa de las 9:00 a las 9:30 p.m. y la fiesta comienza justo después de eso y hasta la medianoche. Se toca salsa y bachata. Entrada HKD60 lo que incluye un trago standard.	Club Dancing Jupiter Ground Floor 18 Jupiter Terrace North Point, Hong Kong +852 2169 3999 Fridays 8 p.m. to midnight Dancing Jupiter is not so much a club as it is more a dance studio. It now qualifies as Hong Kong's longest running regular salsa night, together with Club 97. As it is also a dance studio, it has the best dance floor of all the salsa nights as it is custom made for dancers and believe me, it makes all the difference. The dance floor is spacious and makes up for the lack of club ambience. Many beginners start out here and it has become more or less their 'mecca' for salsa dancing. As with Mondays, you will not find many experienced dancers (with the exception of the instructors), but many beginners will feel very comfortable here. There is a salsa lesson from 9 to 9:30 p.m. and the party will begin right after that until strictly midnight. Salsa and bachata is played and entrance fee is HKD60, which includes 1 standard drink. Club Sugar 1/F, On Hing bldg, On Hing Terraza Central, Hong Kong +852 2131 2222 Martes 8 p.m. a 12:30 a.m. Club Sugar es unos de los más renombrados lugares de Hip Hop y R&B en Hong Kong. Sin embargo los Jueves son dedicados a la música Salsa para los salseros de Hong Kong. Hay una clase para principiantes incluida en el pago de entrada de 8:00 a 9:00 p.m. la fiesta va de 9:00 p.m. y hasta la 1:00 a.m. Se baila más estilo LA en-1 aunque algunos en-2 también frecuentan el lugar. Se toca aquí salsa, bachata y merengue. No hay salsa cubana per-se aunque algunas veces el DJ lo incluirá. But on Tuesdays, it hosts salsa music for Hong Kong's salseros. There is a salsa class for beginners included in the entrance fee that goes from 8 to 9 p.m. and the party starts from 9 p.m. all the way to 1 a.m. Dancers are mostly LA style on-1 although there are some On-2 dancers who frequent the establishment. Salsa, Bachata and Merengue are played. There is no Cuban salsa per se, but sometimes the DJ will spin Cuban tunes. Entrance fee is HKD120, which includes 2 standard drinks. www.sugar.hk.com
Dance Concept Studios 13th Floor, The Pemberton, 22-26 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong +852 9634 9770 Cada último domingo del mes, 7:30 p.m. hasta la 1 a.m. Se llama S.O.S. porque significa "Salsa on Sunday" (Salsa los domingos). Un evento social en un estudio amplio de 1,800 pies cuadrados. La pista, como todos los estudios es excelente, sobre todo para bailar. Hay una fiesta con tema de salsa cada último domingo del mes. El anfitrión de la fiesta es el instructor de mambo y estilo NY en dos, Alex Amoroso quien proviene de Londres. Vale notar que con su llegada ha habido mucho interés en bailar mambo aquí en Hong Kong. La música que se toca es pura salsa dura y mambo. HKD70 incluye un trago estándard, pero si llegas disfrazado en el tema de la noche, pagas apenas HKD50. There is themed salsa party here every last Sunday of the month. The party is hosted by Hong Kong’s newest Mambo or New York style on-2 salsa instructor, Mr. Alex Amoroso who was teaching previously in London. It is safe to say that he has started an enthusiastic awareness for mambo dancing here in Hong Kong with his arrival to the salsa scene. Music played is purely salsa dura and mambo. HKD70 entrance fee includes 1 standard drink. But if you arrive in the themed costume of the night, you only pay HKD50.
Xperience Ground Floor, Asian Orient Building 33 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. +852 2143 6008 Domingos, 8 p.m. hasta la 1 a.m. El mismo DJ que toca el sábado también toca aquí así que la música es parecido. Últimamente han empezado incluir otros DJs en la mezcla así que ahora la música incluye algo de salsa cubana, mambo, bachata y merengue. Reggaetón también, al final de la noche. Este club est también un bar-restaurante y ubicado en el distrito rojo, así que encontrarás a aquellas personas quienes no bailan, pero no al nivel del Club 97. El ambiente es bueno aquí y la noche se repleta de salseros. Los bailadores con mayor experiencia vienen aquí los domingos, no los sábados. Hay una clase de salsa para principiantes de las 8 hasta las 9 p.m. y el baile comienza después hasta las 2 a.m. Cobran HKD90 para dos tragos estándard. However, they have started to include other DJs in the mix and hence the music is now a mixture of Cuban Salsa, some mambo, Bachata and Merengue. Reggaeton is sometimes played towards the end of the night. This club is also a bar and restaurant and is located in Hong Kong very tame Red Light District and so you do get the influx of non-dancers, although not to the dizzying level of Wednesday's Club 97. The ambience is good here and the night is packed with salseros. More experienced dancers tend to show up on Sunday than Saturday. There is a salsa lesson for beginners from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. and dancing begins from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Entrance fee is HKD90 for 2 standard drinks.
