| Ingredients:
1/2 Kilo (about 1 pound) of shrimp to peel
2 dark beers
4 eggs
grated bread crumbs for coating
Lime to taste
Salsa Maggi (look in the ethnic section of your grocer)
Salt to taste
Olive oil for frying.
Preparation:
Peel the shrimp and leave them refrigerated and marinating
in the beer overnight before serving them. The next day, beat
the eggs (white and yolk together). Place the bread crumbs in
one bowl and in a separate bowl beat together the Maggi sauce,
lime juice and salt. Dip the shrimp, one at a time, first in the
Maggi mix, then in the egg, then in the bread crumbs and fry in
the olive oil until golden brown. May be served with guacamole,
rice and a lettuce salad. Enjoy!

Ingredientes:
1/2 Kilo de camarones para pelar
2 cervezas color oscuro
4 huevos
Pan molido para capear
Limón al gusto
Salsa Maggi al gusto
Sal al gusto.
Aceite de olivo para freir.
Preparación:
Se pelan los camarones y se dejan marinar en la cerveza toda
la noche antes de servirlos, en el refrigerador. Al día
siguente, se baten los huevos clara y yema juntos. Se pone el
pan molido en un recipiente, y se bate en un recipiente aparte
el jugo Maggi, el jugo del limón y la sal. Los camarones
se pasan de uno por uno, primero en los jugos, después
en el huevo y por último en el pan, uno a uno se van friendo
hasta quedar de color dorados. Se pueden servir con un guacamole,
arroz y ensalada de lechuga. Buen Provecho!
