| Ingredients:
1-1/2 Tablespoons butter
1-1/2 Tablespoons flour
1-1/2 Cups milk
2 finely sliced onions
1 Tablespoon butter
Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg to taste
Preparation:
Heat butter in a saucepan, add flour, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add milk little by little so as not to form lumps.
Separately, sauté the onion until golden brown in the tablespoon
of butter. Place in blender or food processor and liquify. Add
to the white sauce and season to taste.
This
sauce is good on steamed vegetables, fish, chicken or meat. |
Ingredientes:
1-1/2 Cucharadas de mantequilla
1-1/2 Cucharadas de harina
1-1/2 Tazas de leche
2 Cebollas cortadas a la pluma
Sal, pimienta, nuez moscada a gusto
1 Cucharada de mantequilla
Preparación:
En una olla derretir la mantequilla. Incorporar la harina,
revolviendo con cuchara de madera. Agregar la leche de a poco,
revolviendo para no formar grumos.
Aparte, freir la cebolla en mantequilla hasta dorar. Moler todo
en la licuadora e incorporar a la salsa blanca. Condimentar a
gusto.
Servir
caliente sobre verduras cocidas, pescado, pollo, carne. |
