Ingredients:
1 peeled and de-seeded cucumber
Salt to taste
1/2 cup of natural yogurt
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of lime juice
2 teaspoons of chopped dill
Black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Sprinkle the salt on the cucumber and allow it to sweat.
